An experienced assessor from our integrated team will come to your home
to perform a detailed 300 POINT inspection and evaluation from the curb
appeal and exterior condition of your home, to the interior appearance
of furniture design, paint, fixtures, and overall showing appeal of your
home. We will then prepare a proposal with our recommendations on what to
do to give your home a more effective showing presence to potential buyers.
You then determine which of our effective services will benefit you, your
home, and your budget, and our team will get to work to prepare your home
for a faster, more profitable sale!

Our Description of Services and Fees:
An initial 300 Point Inspection and Evaluation will be performed on your
home. We will then determine which of our services will benefit your home
and offer you a complete proposal. A fee of $175 will be charged at the time
of this inspection. If further service(s) are requested, this amount paid will
be put towards payment on your account.

We will provide a written proposal and our recommendation of things to do
from the design and staging presence of your home all the way to necessary
repairs or minor enhancements to get your home in the most effective showing
state possible. We will provide a SHOW and SELL reference package to help
the homeowner prepare their home for sale.

Our staging professionals will determine how to effectively design
each room in your home using your existing furniture and decor.
A de-cluttering and depersonalization technique will be utilized
and necessary ambience adjustments for each room will be made to
effectively display each room in the home. This staging process
will be completed and your home will be in model home showing condition!

Home Enhancements and Repair Consulting Service

We will offer our experienced recommendation of what should
be done at a minimal investment to enhance the homes appearance
inside and out. From key enhancements such as interior painting
and touch-up, lighting, and flooring to exterior
landscaping / landscaping clean-up and debris removal and
effective curb appeal. If this service is elected, we will obtain
estimates and bids from companies on such work and schedule
and supervise until completion.

Model Home Decor Leasing Option

We offer a broad selection of model home decor from furniture
to place settings to rugs to enhance the homes showing appeal
to potential buyers. Decor can be leased, with an option to
buy, at the seller's discretion while the home is being marketed.

rental will be determined upon the type of decor rented
out and duration of time to be leased. |

Shine and Sell Cleaning Service

A cleaning assessment will be performed and a proposal will
be offered. A thorough (appliances inside and out, baseboards,
under furniture, etc...) one-time cleaning, focusing on the
elements of a marketed home, will be done. A basic touch-up
cleaning can be performed any time after the initial thorough
cleaning. We will provide cleaning supplies and solutions.

Perfect Showing Service

A recommended weekly check-up of the marketed property will
be scheduled and performed. During this visit, the home's
interior will be refreshed with the necessary staging touches
such as flowers, plants, ambience adjustments, aroma
fresheners, minor design and de-cluttering touch-ups.
