The Small Tenant House

When Rosedale was a working farm, this building was used as a single family home where the caretakers of the farm lived with their families. Today it is used to house the Foundation office. This one-story clapboard framed house has a metal clad gable roof and is thought to have been built in the late 1940’s or early 1950’s by Mr. Greenwell.
